How it started
Graham has been dancing since the age of five and has always been a natural entertainer. He trained at the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre learning among other things physical storytelling, commedia dell’arte, theatre of excess, scenes from life and mask work. He also trained at the Lewisham College and studied the principles of contemporary dance (Graham Technique), Ballet and Jazz. Then at the Central School of Speech and Drama he completed introduction to Acting and Introduction to Text courses. Finally studied acting at the Bridge Training Theatre Company.
Graham’s mother is a retired journalist Veronica Wilson who back in the day got him some radio voice over roles and commercial work. He has also done some corporate videos.
He appeared in many productions. To list a few:
NEW SOUL NATION Dancer/extra; director: Lenny Henry
Elevator 2000 Dancer/extra; director: Tiger Lilly
REMEMBER THE TIME Street Dancer (Hammersmith Palace)
On top of all that dance and drama background (he is good with quite a few accents too) Graham is also a qualified hypnotherapist! When you see him dance he can definitely put you under his spell!
During my late teenage years I learnt how to street dance. I have performed on DANCE ENERGY, THE WORD, IN NIGHT CLUBS, AFRO HAIR AND BEAUTY, FASHION SHOWS, HACKNEY EMPIRE( IN HOUSE DANCER), ARAFEST CONCERT, MICHAEL JACKSON DAY as well as hosting my own club night for street dancers in London West End. – G1
